Shepherd’s Purse is traditionally used in the following cases :
Hemostatic : excessive periods, especially at puberty, perimenopause, menometrorrhagia, profuse and irregular periods, bleeding, for example in cases of hematuria (presence of blood in the urine) and hemoptysis (presence of blood in the airways)
Uterine muscle tonic
Venous insufficiency : relieves people with heavy leg syndrome, varicose veins, hemorrhoids
Astringent : urinary tract infections, cystitis (inflammation of the bladder), diarrhea
