Dosage

Internal care

Take 1 ml or 0.033 oz (2 to 3 pressures) on the spray in a small glass and then pour over a little spring or mineral water to swallow. Keep the liquid at least 1 minute in the mouth to mix with saliva before swallowing. It is also possible to spray directly under the tongue by mixing with saliva 1 minute before swallowing.

Take two to three times a day between meals.

Body external care

This product can be applied to all external parts of the body to be regenerated including the scalp, but also the eyes. Spray the product (2 to 3 pressures) directly on the area: facial wrinkles, joints, or in case of pain, for example on the area of the kidneys or stomach or liver or pancreas.
