This extract contains active principles traditionally found in different varieties of Rhodiola. Their proprieties are the following :

Dosage
1 to 2 capsule (according to your bodyweight) with a glass of lukewarm mineral water 30 min prior to having breakfast and 30 min prior to lunch. It is not recommended to take Lapis Ostra in the evening.

I have started using the Fulmina products almost 10 months now; started with 6 bottles of Lapis Pro then 7 orders of Lapis Elixir. I also had 1 bottle of Olea and 1 bottle of Lapis Pro in Sepember. Currently, I am still taking Lapis Elixir – 1 every 4 days.
Also, I started taking Lapis Ostra and Djed following the recommended dosage and timing of the Fulmina team. I am indeed very happy and thankful with the immediate results I experience with Ostra and Djed. I have structural and postural issues – simply put, my right side is more forward than my left side plus i was literally dragged when i walked my son’s 2 huskies one day. JUST on the second day of taking Djed and Osta, I noticed that i am more mobile and stronger and have more energy! All my tensed muscles and tissues are loosening up paving the way for my hips, neck, shoulders and feet to be at their respective proper body position. I just realized how twisted my body is! Now, my feet are grounding beautifully, my arms and shoulders are hanging and moving nicely and comfortably, my neck is adjusting along well (left side moving forward and right side moving backward) and my head is comfortable sitting on the centre and well aligned. The ongoing adjustments are sometimes not comfortable but I can very well manage the pains. i know deep in my heart that these hurts and pains are just temporary/transitional pains to gain back the perfect health that I AM – from the Source Creator God!
